Bizarre process: applied online and was contacted for a phone screen and then a virtual interview due to COVID. The virtual interview was uncomfortable. Only one of the four people was on camera and questions were choppy because of it. Interview went ok and recruiter continues to call me afterward to confirm salary and update me on timeline. And then, they never contacted me again. Pretty unprofessional and weird - and maybe cowardly? There was never a closed loop. I took another position before the process ended (if it did end? I’m honestly not even sure because I never heard anything). It felt like they weren’t sure of strategy or candidate needs, which isn’t a great look….especially when the interview was for a branch of the HR team.

1st interview with HR and skill test (Excel), need to complete 3 spreadsheets and answer some questions, there are also some intro about the company. 2nd interview with direct manager, more job specific questions
