Terrible expierence. Heard decent things about the company and decided to apply. Had a phone interview with recruiter and quickly had another with paralegal. After that I was scheduled for a series of panel interviews with a total of 10 people. The first group of interviewers was a real turn-off. They made inappropriate jokes about my current company and were not receptive to my answers. They belittled my expierence in the military. My interview was treated as some sort of fun thing they did as a team. I definetly got the feeling that they had someone else in mind and figured they might as well have fun with me. The following week I was sent a rejection letter which didnt surprise me. I would never apply to Arrow again and im actually relieved i didnt get the offer.
