It was a simple telephonic interview consisting of basic HR questions and situation based. No extra preparations required. Just be calm and have the presence of mind. It was my first interview, so I panicked and screwed up.

Simple with some behavior questions. First round the HR will ask some basic question, and then the manager called me to further detail about why want to join arrow, ask some behavior and work attitude questions. Lastly get the call from the HR and sign the contract back to them
