I was already a temporary employee with the company, so I only had to apply for the job and speak with HR. Afterwards, I was offered the position by my manager. Upon accepting, I had to undergo another drug and background test. After passing these, I became a full-time employee on the same day that someone else left our team. Essentially, I was that person's replacement.
