Phone screen and then 2 in person interviews. 1 with the team and another with the manager. Was given an offer with 80k base but declined as I had another offer. Everyone was nice but the culture didn’t fit

The process is Fair and Structured, it is a process and it takes time to get through the decision makers. They are however very professional on questions askes and screening.

6+ week interview process. Was contacted by a recruiter and then had 2 face to face interviews. First interview was with 2 managers, second was with the team director. Very simple interview process - they more just wanted to see that you were sales minded and could pick up their process easily.
