The recruiter would ask great questions in terms of my education and part-time work experience. This is a large company with a very hard-to-do work mentality. Being able to communicate and make decisions on one's own tends be rejected frequently. Introducing yourself was the first step in the interview process but the recruiters seemed demanding. Certain criteria was convoluted and the recruiter did not always explain everything clearly.
