The interview process consisted of 5 of five different interviews with various departments related to work with Arrow's internal HR solutions center. Most were one-on-one, except for one with 2 team members directly on the HR solutions center team itself. I made it to the final round but did not recieve an offer because they preferred one of the technical qualifications of the other candidates. Very competitive internship for sure.
