Company seems to fill this position every 3 or 4 months; not convinced that Arrow seriously wants to fill the position or just turnstyle people in and out repeatedly. Process took many weeks, was told Zoom interview would be with three people, ended up being four -- surprise! Unimpressed with integrity of company that endlessly cycles candidates thru same job every few months
