Very professional but also didn't feel like I was being interrogated! The manager focused a lot on the development opportunities in the role. He also answered all questions I had really thoroughly. I received feedback the same week that I was interviewed which was great. I can also say that I've referred someone and they also had such a good interview experience, they turned down another role to join Arrow!
