Interview
In every round they will check communication skills and make you go through group discussion. Then phone screening through operations head if they select they make you sign some commitment if you agree then they will allow onboarding. No aptitude test or anything process is an easy one. It is done within a day of interview process. They also go to college for hiring Freshers
