Artech L.L.C. Associate Recruiter interview questions

There were 4 rounds in the process and it took almost two days: 1. GD Round - (where your thought process and fluency will be checked) 2. HR round - This is quite easy as you just have to answer the questions diplomatically. Questions were majorly on one's lifestyle, aim and family background. 3. Written (Basic english test) - Its just a formality kind of test, one will easily get through it. 4. Skype Interview - This round was the most typical one as it ought to be the decisive one. You have to be very diplomatic but honest at the same time with your answers. Be clear with your answers and try not to contradict your own points. NOTE: Questions are general, related to one's life only. I would recommend to go through with company's profile too .

The process is very much slow. I applied through college pool campus. First round was GD and it is the mass elimnation round but if you could make an impact with your speaking skills it will further help you in previous rounds coz the same HRs will take the further interview round. Basic GD topics. Second round was a Aptitude round which was more of a formality if candidate count is less. Then there will be a face-to- face interview round-1 and then the final round will be telephonic with the trainers. So, the main thing is to be good in communication and nothing else.
