I applied online. I interviewed at Artech L.L.C. in Sep 2016
Interview
I went to the company premises for the interview.
The first round was a Group Discussion, more sort of extempore. They made a group of around 15 students and we were asked to introduce ourselves. Following a brief introduction we were required to speak on a common topic. In my case it was IMPACT OF TELEVISION ON TEENAGERS.
The second round was Personal Interview, it was just to judge your communication skills and your confidence. Questions like your strengths, why artech and common HR questions were asked.
The third round was an english written test comprising of e-mail writing, synonyms, one word, grammar and vocabulary etc. Level was moderate, time given was 20 minutes.
The final round was a difficult one, as managerial level people would interview. It would be a very confusing round. They'll point to every word you utter. If you say that you're good at something you might be asked to prove it. Your all answers should be justified and must have an explanation.
I got the offer, only one selected among 80 candidates. Good Luck
