Multiple stages. Two meetings at Artech building which were very easy and straightforward, just a screening stage. Next stage was with the on site managers at the vendor location. Two panel interviews with 3-4 people, a couple of them grilled me while the others were friendly. No surprising tricky questions, asked about resume and personality fit.

I applied through a recruiter. She sent me a pre-assessment to complete, which involved excel assessment, policy assessment, and personality assessment. The excel assessment involved finding errors in the worksheets, formatting and some formula questions. The policy assessment was about a desktop discount policy for government and corporate clients and a few questions about if certain desktops qualify for the discount based on the policy. Lastly, the personality assessment was 5 questions that are basic behavioral questions. You are given 2-3 hours to complete all the assessments. After I took the assessment, I got a schedule for a 30 minute panel interview. The were a 30 minute interview prep seminar before the actual interview. They talked about Artech, the licensing analyst job with Microsoft, the day to day work etc. In the actual interview, there were 4 people and 3 of them asked me the interview questions. I was thorough and involved behavioral/personality questions. They asked me a few questions based on my resume as well.
