I applied online, recruiter called and asked for few details and after 2 days when i called her for hiring manager feedback she said YES he would like to speak with you and arranged F2F interview after 2 weeks. She called me after one week to change the time, i said okay and she e-mailed me details with new time with one more round of interview on the same day. I said OK. I went to their Morristown Office and met with recruiter manager, he was nice and asked few questions. Then i wait for one hour to meet Interviewer and he took my interview for more than an hour, asked questions from my previous role. He was not even aware for which position i have applied and it took 15 min to him, to pull my resume. I would say he was not ready to take my interview. next day i received e-mail from recruiter that her manager told her that my interview went well and that he thought hiring manager also think so. And that's all, i kept following up for further process and recruiter said i will circle back with you asap. After my so many follow up's one day she emailed me and said her manager is trying to coordinate interviews with VP and she will update me next week, but AGAIN she didn't came back. I followed up again but no reply and one day i called her then she said they choose someone else, I'm sorry. They took 50 days for this whole process. This is very unprofessional if you tell candidate that they will be called for next round and then they disappear and don't even inform until candidate reach out to them.
