Terrible!! This is NOT a professional organization!!!!! I was provided no information before doing a phone interview. Then 2 weeks went by without any update, even though I contacted the "recruiter" several times asking for feedback. I then got a call that I was to do an in-person interview. I was never told it was a contractor position. While speaking to the clients in person I was told I was being brought in because the current contractors were not meeting expectations. After the interview the "recruiter" called me and said "I have some bad news... you got the job." After the shock of how unprofessionally he was behaving, I asked about the offer and he had no details on insurance, etc even though their website claims they provide. After asking about the package I got no call back or response. I tried calling several of the phone numbers listed on their website but some were not valid others just lead me to dead end or voicemail box. I feel for any of Artech's clients. They didn't care who I was they just wanted to send anyone to interview and hope the client liked them.
