One of the worst off-shore controlled recruiters I have ever dealt with. High pressure recruiting tactics. Demanding and pushy. Won't take no for an answer. Lied about the time they needed from me, demanded all sorts of samples because THEIR time was important and mine was not. Took my resume and added a bunch of mistakes, typos and made me take hours to fix their damage. (I had to stop and keep spelling out very simple words to the first line recruiter who barely spoke english. I really feel for these people who are probably based in India, getting paid next to nothing while getting yelled at to complete more calls per hour...)
AFTER I interviewed with the client, 2 90 minute phone screens, and additional information I had to supply the end customer, they basically ghosted. I had to call back repeatedly to ask what the end client thought. Any replies? Artech people were too lazy to follow up without my prompting. Did almost nothing to follow up and this after making the usual BS claim the all recruiters do... "We have a great personal relationship with the hiring manager." Sure you do. You can't get them to reply with a simple yes or no.
So I would steer clear of this boiler-room high pressure cookie cutter mess. Unprofessional is an understatement.
Demanded samples of past work. Did not like "I am sorry but most of my work is proprietary and I am not violating my agreement with past employers by sharing any of this with you."
Kept calling every few minutes, emailing, and texting, asking where the samples were. Dude, I am WORKING...you will get them when you get them. Inconsiderate is an understatement.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Artech L.L.C. (Bengaluru) in Jun 2019
