Interview
Interview with the internal recruiter was GREAT...until I was asked to produce a 30/60/90 day plan with a list of my client relationship accounts with contact names. I agreed that upon an offer, I would create the plan, but not until then. Too many red flags with this company while interviewing. 6 step interview process with a 30/60/90 day plan before extended offer, GIANT PASS!!

Interview
I went through 3 Zoom interviews and was scheduled to have my last interview in the office, and they cancelled on me 40 minutes beforehand, which I find unprofessional. There was a lack of communication between everyone I talked to. I thought the position was Associate Account Manager, but after the third interview, I discovered they actually wanted me to be a Business Development Manager, which looked bad on me. I met more people who were in different offices rather than the office I'd be working in which I thought was kind of a waste. I decided I was no longer interested after being cancelled on and hearing shady things. The recruiter also blew up my phone constantly reminding me about my interviews and would call me constantly (I'm fully capable of keeping track of my own schedule).
