1st Group Discussion ( Judged on communication, how good is your vocabulary, flow in speaking )
2nd One on One Interview ( Judged again on communication, some personal questions )
3rd HR Interview ( Interview with the HR, personal questions, judged again on communication, how much you know about the company and the role you are applying for, why you are you interested to be a recruiter, are you familiar with the role )
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Artech L.L.C. (Noida) in Sep 2025
Interview
The first round was a gd round in which only 4-5 students got selected in each group. There were a total of 15 groups. The next round was a virtual hr round asking questions about yourself. The next round again was a hr round asking fit check questions. The last round was a operations round.

The first hr round was based on the questions as tell me about yourself, why do you want to join recruiting, What are your hobbies etc.
My experience with Artech information system, Bangalore was great. It was smooth & Honest. Virtual Interview, Quick response from the management. 2 rounds of Interviews were there where they will check basic communication & all & about the recruitment process
