Great process set-up for day of interview. In total re were 9 half-hour interviews (total of 12 to 13 interviewees). Not that repetitive of questions. Hour long lunch with entire team, each of people you eir already interviewed with or would interview after lunch. first half before lunch seemed to be really calm but after lunch when I interviewed with Director of department and n an R&D manager was when questions got a little more challenging. I probably made it harder on myself because it seems that resume I uploaded was not really correct resume since it had many formatting errors with bullet points being thrown in wrong places. company, in general, seems to be an amazing place to work: Great wear, friendly and open door CEO, and many benefits. place looks like a Miami Vice mansion instead of corporate building. Light, white, and bright building with an outdoor patio and a fully remodeled cafeteria. Anyways, process to get to on-site interview was a little annoying. I already applied for Associate level position but y filled that within ir own ranks before y got to on-site interviews for that position. Both Associate and this position were posted in early October but it wasn't until first week of December until recruiter reached out. n this one I actually applied for in October as well, I didn't get a call to do a phone interview until December 18th and had phone interview very next day. I wanted it that way because I wanted to get process rolling quicker rar than SLOW ( way it ended up being). I had to reach out on January 14th to see what process was for position I had phone interview with. I had or interviews but I really wanted this job. I was told y were still doing phone screenings & would get back to me. January 18th comes around & I get an email & call saying y wanted to bring me in for an interview. I wanted to get interview on books as soon as possible b/c I was already interviewing with or companies. y didn't get back to me until Monday 22nd and got interview scheduled for February 2nd (a week later than I would have preferred due to my own schedules of interviews & knowing that I just finished an on-site interview day y reached out to me ( 18th of January). Basically, y kept extending everything & were really slow from a recruiting standpoint. By time interview came around I already had an offer from anor medical device company & basically had until end of interview with Arthrex to tell or company yes or no. So basically flights & hotels were already paid for before I got offer from or company & thought "hey, well what if Arthrex does extremely rare thing & offer job to me on spot after interview"? I doubted it but it really was only chance I would have even considered turning down or offer. Not to mention, or company was much quicker in recruiting phase than Arthrex was so it just showed me that or company had much more initiative to get me in for an interview than Arthrex. So my issue with Arthrex has absolutely nothing to do with anyone I interviewed with or location, but rar that recruiting structure is extremely slow compared to all or companies where I have had a phone screen with both an HR/recruiter and hiring manager. Even company I accepted offer showed initiative immediately during phone screen and by end of call we were already scheduled when I would come out to for on-site interview. n 14 days later process got even more annoying, even though at that point I already emailed hiring manager telling him I accepted anor position, that recruiter tells me that y pulled position. Not that y hired someone else, but that y just pulled position. This position, in particular, was put up & pulled probably twice from September until November because it always had a much shorter "active" days on LinkedIn. But in general entire time length from when I applied to when I got call about phone interview was 6 to 8 weeks, n 4 weeks from phone interview to when I was asked to come in for an on-site interview, n two weeks until interview, n two weeks after interview to find out y pulled position. Maybe it is more than I got lucky with most of my or interviews where it seemed like entire process from first call/email with HR/recruiter to on-site interview has been 4 to 5 weeks & for three of those it was more than process was delayed two weeks because of holiday or I was still in school. This entire process took about 9 weeks for just this position because I already had my initial phone screen with two recruiters for previous position & both of are ones who reached out about this position.
