Interview was conversational, they asked a lot about my pervious experience and my process for doing certain tasks. Team was data driven and interested in how I've done this in my previous roles.

How were you tracking your return from campaign X?
Lack of transparency in the process. The VP screamed narcissistic "everyone needs to be working all the time" vibes. Ghosted me for two weeks and then "hired another candidate", would have preferred a more honest approach.

"Tell us about how you reacted to something negative you read online."
The office location was a bit hard to find- as was the entrance. I had to wait for quite some time to be called up but everyone I got in contact with was warm and polite.
