Red flags from the start. Recruiter shared with me that feedback on my profile was that I was 'possibly combative' - really don't know how they gleaned that from a resume. The interview was no better - although pleasant to talk to, the interview was conducted in a very amateurish way. They seemed biased from the start towards me and would often 'one-up' me which is kind of a weird thing to do (you're the interviewer! you don't need to prove yourself!). I didn't proceed further because I felt I would be micromanaged.
