I was invited to am immersion event in Houston after applying online. The interview was 20 minutes long and they asked 5 questions, none of them very hard. We were then given 3 presentations about the company and the services that office provides. Everyone was very nice.

Pretty straight forward, I just talked about past internship experience and what work I was interested in. First HR contacted me to set up a call then the call with HR was just scheduling my actual interview.
