Interview
The application process consists in 4 different steps:
1 - insert the Curriculum Vitae and compile the profile page including short answers about your university career and motivations for applying to the role;
2 - Telephone interview with questions regarding your knowledge of the firm, of the role your applying for, the core values of the firm and general behavioural questions;
3 - Curriculum screening made by the technical department;
4 - Invite for an assesment centre (group exercise, technical interview, detour of the company) taking place in the main office in London.

Question 1
Telephone Interview:
- General knowledge about the activities of the firm;
- Carreer prospective and what kind of skills you could bring to the firm;
- How would you behave in case of..? (General behavioural questions)
Assesment centre:
- personal introduction of your university background;
- Group exercise on a case study;
- Technical exercise: you can choose between 4 different projects to solve. time 30 min.
- Technical interview regarding the project you chose in the previous part.
Online video interview. Asked to record 1:30 minute responses to 3 questions. Given time to plan answers and re-record if necessary. Questions were very general about why the job offer appeals to you
Applied online in October and then got invited to a virtual assessment centre that happened in December. The online application was pretty straightforward. The virtual assessment centre was a whole day type of thing, it consisted of a technical interview with two panelists, a competency based interview, and then a case study.
