Interview
Phone Interview took place on 11/01/18 the process took about 20 minutes. Very friendly staff. First part consisted of questions about the values of Arup and the second about STJ questions.

Question 1
Your reasons for applying to Arup and for the specific role ?
You work on a very interesting project and you learn a lot there. Your manager asks you to quit this one and be relocated in another team which works on smaller projects and needs support. How would you react to this?
• -What information would you ask for the new projects
• -Where would you get them from
• -What do you want to achieve by the end of these projects
You have a heavy workload because you already work on many tasks and your manager asks you to work on one more. What would you do?
• -How would you prioritize your work
• -How would you ensure high work quality
You work on a project with a senior colleague of yours. One hour before the deadline you are still working on your tasks and realize that your colleague struggles with his workload. What would you do?
• -How would you approach him?
• -How do you think he would react?
• -What skills do you bring in this case?
• -Why are team skills important to you?
Online questionnaire followed by in person panel interview. The interview was mainly behavuoural and personality focussed with some mock situation questions. No technical questions asked and the interview was peofessional but not much pressure.

It was a recorded interview consisting of five questions. one min for each one you move on to next one, It was an interview full of anxiety and stress, and i did not like it at all

Interview
One-way video interview with five questions. Same set of questions for all Graduate roles at ARUP. Basic motivational and fit questions. Overall, it was a seamless process. Along with these, questions on graduation date and visa status were asked.
