Assessment Centre: Technical task 30 mins to complete. Present technical task to interview panel and answer questions then 30 min interview. Another exercise where you had to present to a junior member of the team. Finish day with QA with current arup graduates

Phone interview based on motivation for the role, where you see yourself in 5 years, why Arup, how Arup are better than competitors, ownership structure of Arup and then the core values of the firm. Was quite lengthy to find out if I'd progress to assessment centre as the date was moved back and then they moved it to be two months later to avoid January exams. AC consisted of an informal presentation to two managers, an interview with one person from HR and one partner, a technical exercise on a computer and a group exercise which was focused on Ove Arup's Key Speech.
