Interview
One brief conversation by telephone was followed by an interview at Arup's offices in London with team leaders. I had the chance to go around the office and meet the future colleagues which was great to get a feel for the environment and the team
it was good and the interviewer made me comfortable during the interview session, explain to me on the job functions and responsibilities. The office is spacious and comfortable to work there.

It is a bet difficult to fully sell yourself using their video screening process. It is a lot easier to expand on your experience and expertise in a face to face setting.
