A lot of confusion initially setting up an interview- with multiple group interviews set up over a few days. Interview teams seemed to be unsure of what they did, in some cases knew so little they should not have been interviewing. My thoughts on the whole process was that they really had no idea what they wanted in the position. Long period of silence then the contacted me again (hiring manager) to tell me that the process was taking longer than expected and I was definitely a finalist - and then more silence. Never heard from them again.
