My 2nd interview for the same position at Asahi happened back in August after I applied through Indeed and they reached out to me directly after that.
The interview itself went pretty smoothly but they didn't get back to me until 4 months later in December, asking if I'm still interested in the position. I told them I'm currently working somewhere else at first but sent another email asking I could consider if there's a chance the position become full time to which they said they are asking the CEO for possible change to it.
I then asked for the job description again and sent them a list of questions I have regarding the position's duties for the interviewer who was out that day. And without asking whether I have any additional experience within the last 4 months they had ghosted me, in a very rude and condescending way, they told me to keep in mind I only have a handful of short-term jobs (which I am very well aware of and they even got one of my experience wrong) and they only consider me because I know Japanese.
To make a long story short: I had a 2nd interview with them, get ghost for 4 months until they reach out again, the moment I expressed interest they acted as if they're doing me a huge favor giving me the chance so I better know my place and shut up.
Anyway, avoid at all cost unless you want to go through the same thing I did.
