Phone screen then an onsite (about 6.5hour) A few things I disliked is they really enjoy nitpicking on your solution hard, and not really trying to understand my approach. Seems very narrow minded. I also got cut off rudely during a beginning introduction cause the time will be tight for the session. It feels like to me the guy is just tired of interviewing and doesn’t care about anything on my past experience. I did solid techinically but didn’t get an offer. The conversation with EM probably didn’t go well. Again I feel being judged and nitpicked very hard, different from my other onsites where they are also interested in my passion and strong areas. Unfortunately this was a negative experience that I know I did fine but still wonder why I felt so stressed and even bad about myself afterwards.
