Interview
Interview went well. Both interviewers thought I'd be a great fit for the company. After 14 days of not hearing back, I followed up with the in-house recruiter. She tells me "today's my last day, I'm handing you off to........" Then another 7 days with nothing. I follow up. Then I get from her "Did you interview for the job? I don't see your resume on file...." I send it to her. 24 hours later, I get an email indicating they went another direction. But, they're wanting to keep me on file. No thanks. Get organized, people.
