Interview process went well. Got a phone call from a recruiter the same day that I applied. I was asked some pretty standard questions, it was a little bit hard to understand the recruiter because of her accent. After that, another phone screening was set up with the VP of Sales, and that went well. The VP then invited me in to meet in person. I met with her 2 days later and we further discussed the position and what would be expected of me. I then met with the Marketing Director to discuss the position and go over any questions I had. The in-person interview was very laid back, didn't really feel like an interview at all. I think the VP was just trying to get a feel for who I was as a person and whether or not I would fit in with the culture at J&B. I was offered the job the following Monday.
