It was supposed to be a panel interview with three people, but only one person monopolized the entire interview process. The hiring manager was clueless and asked me the same question three different times. She indicated that she was taking notes, but could never remember what I told her when it came to how many teams I was supporting and the various roles I was responsible for. She seemed completely out of it as if she had somewhere else to be. Apparently, that seems to be the norm with this company since so many other people have the same experience. Also, they are not very far along on their Agile journey, even though the recruiter told me something completely different. I lost interest within the first 15 minutes of the interview. It was a complete waste of my time.

Question 1
This was the dumbest, most insignificant question: "What are the primary differences in the agile guide between 2017 and 2020? If you are using an agile guide to run your teams at this point, you do not understand Agile. It is people over process and not the other way around. Huge red flag that the organization and leadership do not understand Agile.
