The first phone interview was with an HR person. Asked some basic HR questions-- Why Aspen Avionics? Why Albaquerque? Are you willing to relocate? The second phone interview was with the senior Systems Engineer. He asked questions about my prior projects and what software I had experience in. I asked some questions about the company. All in all-- it just didn't feel like the right fit for me. Very pleasant experience though overall.
