I applied online. I interviewed at Aspen Institute
Interview
The first just an overview of organization, explanation of job description and the interview process. The second one was more typical — give me an example of a communications goal you had in a former position and how you met it. How do you deal with conflict? What is your management style? I asked a lot of questions. During my first interview she said she thought I might be too qualified so I wasn’t surprised I didn’t get a third interview. The next step would have been a group interview.
