I was contacted through an online recruitment agency for the job position. I was asked if I would like to have a phone interview; I accepted. I not only had one phone interview, but five international phone interviews. After passing successfully all the interviews, I was asked to do a face-to-face interview. I had the face-to-face interview and passed it successfully. Unfortunately, I was declined after passing successfully five phone and one face-to-face interview which occurred over a period of three months.
