Unprofessional. Recruiter emailed me for an initial phone screen and I replied with times to speak in less than an hour. No reply. Emailed recruiter again the following week and set up a time to speak for the same day. Never called me and I emailed her again 10 minutes after our scheduled time to reschedule and she never replied.
