Interview
Starts with A brief phone call just to verify the information and quick check on the compatibility for the next rounds. Went for a technical + behavioral interview for the second round with some senior managers. Quite easy-going behavioral questions which are pretty common to assume in this customer-facing role.
Started with a brief company introduction followed by some of their office culture-related stories. Asked few questions regarding the customer dealing situations. How to deal with upset customers, whats the interesting part / boring part about the job, long term goals, among individual work and group project which one you would prefer, etc. A little technical question on how to check the connectivity of the PC which is connected via internet or not through LAN cables.
A curveball was to explain a scenario to a person who is experiencing the situation for the first time, kinda like a walkthrough. Just to check if you're competent enough to express the solution.

Interview
Online test, two phone interviews and a job offer. Soft skills based questions, the usual customer service stuff. Some easy Technical questions as well. Online test was simple and easy. Had to do it twice for some reason but no big deal.

Interview
The interview process is really good. Aspira is warm welcoming. Friendly atmosphere. The interview with the manager is conversational and not like very strict question answer session which engages you into the interview and helps you get out of your nervousness. Ample amount of time to describe the answers.
