Interview
I applied through networking and had a phone interview with HR. The initial interview with HR went very well, and HR was pleased to let me know that she will pass me down to a second interview with the VP of Product.
However, the second interview never happened. After a few days of waiting and following up without responses, they sent a general email that looks like one of those template responses to inform me that they will not move forward with my application.
I hope Aspira knows that good candidates do put a lot of effort into their applications. Promising an interview without conducting it and cancelling it by simply sending a pre-made message is not great for your company's reputation.

3 rounds- phone screening with HR, phone conversation with VP, technical interview on phone with senior product manager.
Process was fast, people were respectful. They offered me a certain package and then called back in a few hours to take away some parts of the package, therefore I declined the offer.

Interview
First Call from HR, then Panel Interview and finally interview with Head of Product. After the end of the process, Aspira made me an offer. But they withdrew the offer within few hours, sighting structural changes at the firm all of a sudden. I havnt experienced anything like this ever in my professional life, where an offer is withdrawn within few hours, without any possible explanation. Highly unprofessional firm, candidates interviewing here might end up wasting their time and energy.
