Phone screens with founders, take home case, on-site interviews with founders/heads of teams. Really great conversations with everyone, seems like a solid team, and an interesting idea. Unfortunately, after the on-site, and being asked for ref checks, the recruiter (and the team) fell off the face of the earth and never got back. It was weird because I was immediately told everyone liked me, and I did really well in the interviews & the case. This appeared to be a red flag, along with what seems like a team that wasn't sure what they wanted to hire (another red flag). I ended up withdrawing my application because I had other opportunities that felt like better fits (and much fewer red flags!), though, never heard back from that communication either. Oh, and funny/strangely enough, it was the HM that reached out to begin with...good luck. Overall, very weird.
