Applied online. Hiring manager reached out to schedule a call. Enjoyed the conversation and followed up with a thank you email. He indicated HR would connect with me within 2 days and if not to let him know. No response from HR. Follow up again with hiring manager who indicated again that HR would follow up. No response from HR. Note to hiring manager: it is ok to just say that you are moving on with other candidates, position is paused or whatever the reason. Don't throw HR under the bus.

Basic questions about background experience. Asked about successful projects, difficult situations. Toward the end, very Columbo style, asked how to justify doing physical events to the CFO.

this is a multi-level marketing or pyramid scheme. the position is door to door sales and 100% commission based, also hours are long and required to work 6 days a week door knocking
