Participate in HR initial screening, assessment test and interview with the hiring manager. The assessment test was not really related to the role, it just testing your mathematical and verbal reasoning. It was a timed test.

Had to create a case study, walked through the case study (on the first phone call), and chatted on the phone all to find out their salary range was way below industry standard in San Francisco. No HR representative so the interview process was not the best. No initial HR screening which was confusing.
