Not much hard to crack the interview as they where more concentrating on the language skill and also the convincing skill to adapt to sales environment.Then it will be followed by an aptitude test where is all about basic quants and then followed by an eassy writing to proceed further .
Then comes your presentation skill ,how you present yourself on sales environment ,convincing skill etc etc.

Why you choose Sales?why IT sales? and by giving a task asking you to sell something or giving you a scenario and asking you explain how to achieve it in order gain profit for a company.
