They are expecting freshers to know advanced concepts. A company of their level should expect minimum from fresher but they want freshers to be advanced at coding. They are also giving 6 leaves in 6 months which means 1 leave in 1 month and expecting to work 6 days a week with such a minimum pay and 2 yrs service bond.

I got placed there in 2022. I still 2024 not received joining letter. There is no response from the HR team for mails and calls. Interview is good you just need to know logic of programming.
