Interview
First you have a generic phone interview with the person from HR. Then you meet with the director of the unit and tour the floor. A 2 hour job shadow follows and then someone contacts you.

Can you tell me about your previous hospital experiences?
It was well organized and they worked within my schedule after the phone interview to plan an in person. I felt very comfortable with the two people who interviewed me and I felt like I was able to portray myself in this interview
