I received a call right away. Everyone was very nice the vetting was thorough. There were 2 directors that interviewed me. They made me an offer the next day.

Standard. It was important that I would be able to get along with everyone
Application, two interviews. One with Associa and another with the board members. Very easy and friendly employees. The energy is very relax and nice. Interview questions was easy and it gave you opportunity to have a conversation each time which made it nice to just talk freely.
Introduction, small talk, information gathering, question/anwers. They are friendly and make things easy for you. Questions about what you are interested in real estate business and what you can bring to workplace as an administrative assistance.

Applied online. HR contacted me and did a brief online interview and set up a 1 on 1 interview. Interview with Branch Manager and lead admin assistant. Very positive attitude throughout the process.
