Interview
The interview was easy. Simple questions for someone that has customer service experience. After the interview, they said they would let me know within a week. Unfourtunelty was completely ghosted and ignored after I sent a follow-up email a week after the interview. Complete waste of my time.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Associa (Carmel, IN) in Oct 2022
Interview
Short phone interview followed up by an in person interview that lasted around an hour. Standard questions - however I felt that they were looking for reasons to doubt a candidate, which is not a great indication of what the workplace would be like. I was also told I would hear back early next week either way (which would be about 7 or less days). I sent multiple follow ups but was ghosted by the branch's president. Very unprofessional.
