Fairly quick recruiter interview. They took my application for a lower level position, and interviewed me for the higher level Community Manager spot - 3 were open. 2nd Interview with Branch President, Director and Assistant Director was a week later. Asked for a copy of the interview questions to prepare. The interview seemed to go well, but it seems like I researched too much and asked questions about tech they weren't really prepared to answer. I think this branch hires mostly on vibes and they have high turnover. Even two good interviews where they ask when you can start... can get you ghosted.

I emailed inquiring about the position, then progressed to a phone interview, actual interview and same day took a proficiency test , filled out all paperwork. I left feeling that the job was mine.
