Interview
Applied online to a recruitment site and was called the following day for a telephone interview and then a meeting with the recruiter later in the day.
The following day I met with the recruiting manager.
Looking back the process was quite fast because of the high labor turnover (Well it worked for me because i needed a job :)

Interview
It was simple and fun. The managers made the process very comfortable. They were super friendly and nice. They even gave me a tour to introduce the environment. Associa only take less than a day to answer whether you are hired or not. I love this about them because I hate waiting couple weeks for just a yes or no
