I had a 45 minute phone interview with the recruiter. She provided excellent feedback at the close of the interview and set up the expectation that I would receive follow up for next steps (she was recommending me for an interview with the hiring manager) within the week. That was 3 months ago. I followed up via email after two weeks without response.
