The entire interview process took about 10 days. This involved HR screening, one on one with the hiring manager, and then a 7-person panel interview, one on one with each panelist. Each interview lasted 30 mins. Every step of the process was smooth. The interview overall went great. Good communication, relevant and courteous discussion, positive and encouraging interaction. I provided satisfactory answers to every question. I went away with the impression that I did great. And then zero feedback. I followed up with a thank you email few days later and then an inquiry one week after that to ask if I'm still being considered for the role. Total radio silence. Checking on the company website, it says my interview is pending, even though it took place 3 weeks ago. Have not had this experience before.
